FMCSA Warns About Fake Safety Audit Scam

FMCSA was established by Congress in 2000 with the mission of reducing crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large commercial vehicles. Presently, FMCSA regulates 500,000 active motor carriers and 13,000 passenger carriers. Partnering with the truck and bus industries, safety advocates, and state and local governments, FMCSA works to improve truck and bus safety through regulation, education, enforcement, research, and technology.
